Indications

Milieu prêt à l’emploi utilisé comme milieu de croissance ou comme milieu de base pour la fermentation des glucides et pour le test de l’indole. L’eau peptonée, portée à un pH de 8,5, convient à la culture de Vibrio cholerae à partir d’excréments et d’autres matières d’origine humaine. Il est utilisé comme milieu d’enrichissement avant placage sélectif.

Conservation

Conserver la boite non ouverte entre 15 et 25°C.

Après ouverture de la boite, conserver entre 15 et 25°C.

Le produit a une durée de validité de 180 jours (voir la date d’expiration indiquée).

Si l’emballage n’est pas intact, éliminer le produit immédiatement en raison de la contamination du  milieu.
